just a thought

last night was my first session with a personal trainer
it was only 35 minutes, but he killed me

i was already sore by the time i made the 5 min drive home
could hardly walk down the stairs without my legs giving out
but i made a lot of trips up and down throughout the night

same thing this morning

before i got out of bed i thought, if you work out so good
and your muscles are so sore and feel so tight
shouldn't you have amazingly tight toned legs/arms/body
when you pull back the covers?

just saying...
